I can find no record of a gentlemen's club called the Bluebells, anywhere in the world.
To quote Wikipedia (not for the first time): "White's is the oldest gentleman's club in London, founded in 1693, and is widely considered to be the most exclusive private club in the world."
It's surely no coincidence that White's was founded in the same year that the question gives for the Bluebells. Not that this explains how the question setter's wires got crossed.
